At Fortitude Swim, we will establish your current level of form and with the help of professionals who have practiced the sport at high level both from a personal and coaching standpoint, we will utilize low intensity drills and video analysis if necessary to help you master this very technical sport.

Beginners


- We teach you all swimming basics; the breathing, how to tread the water, we teach you how to float. We focus on body position and low intensity drills to further master and develop the correct movement patterns in the water. We work with a whole variety of clients, who utilize swimming as a non-impact exercise. Swimming has the great benefit of working most muscle groups and therefore is a great cardiovascular exercise that allow us to stay young, healthy and strong.


Intermediate


- By promoting swimming as a long term sustainable sport, we ensure that we further develop your form and by improving your self esteem and self confidence we ensure to regularly re-establish goals to further motivate you both mentally and physically. 



Advanced 


- We work with former college swimmers and current, we have coached National and Junior level individuals.

We are specialized in triathlon training, swimming at masters level and or any other type of competitive swimming.

By implementing more advanced low intensity drills, we continuously perfect your body position and streamlining in the water to help you further maximize your potential. We utilize tools like underwater stroke analysis to increasingly develop and perfection your stroke, while having structured training cycles that will aim at adaptation and the quest for top performance.
